You can see this project's code in action on this other site (actually Donal K. Fellows's site) where it has been installed in conjunction with an archive of TIP documents to work with.
I've got a pre-release version of the next renderer up on my personal website too, but I don't intend to release it until we get the TIP format actually standardised; rewriting it all each time is too much work...
